DNA Coaching

DNA is not a program you attempt.
It's a culture someone helps you build.

Most churches that fail at multiplication don't fail for lack of tools. They fail because they treated DNA like a program, launched it like a program, and dropped it like a program. A DNA coach walks with your pastor, staff, and leaders through the entire one-to-two-year journey so that doesn't happen to your church.

The Problem With Going It Alone

The system works. Implementation is where churches quit.

Implementation starts strong. The first group launches. The pastor is energized. Then month three arrives and momentum dips. A key leader gets busy. The calendar fills back up with the same things it always had. The vision that felt urgent six months ago becomes one more thing on the list.

Churches don't give up on DNA because the system doesn't work. They give up because nobody helped them protect the culture shift long enough for it to take root.

Coaching helps churches avoid the trial and error that burns leaders out before multiplication ever has a chance to start. You get a clear path, a custom plan, and someone who won't let the vision fizzle out.

Who Your Coach Works With

Culture shifts require alignment at every level.

If the senior pastor catches the vision and the staff doesn't, DNA becomes a program the pastor cares about and everyone else tolerates. If staff align but DNA leaders aren't developed, the groups run but never multiply.

A coach works at all three levels — pastor, staff, and emerging leaders — so DNA becomes organizational culture, not just a tool certain groups use.

What Every Coaching Church Receives

The Three Coaching Tiers

Same content and process. The difference is hours and customization.

Every church gets the full arc above — coach-led training, rollout, leadership preparation, and ongoing training. The tiers differ only in how many coaching hours you get and how much we customize for your church.

Tier 1 — Essentials

You have the tools and the vision. You need someone to get you started right and walk it out with you.

Best for: Churches with strong internal leadership comfortable running a new system with minimal hand-holding.
Onboarding: Your coach leads all 7 Table Up sessions, plus ~6 hours of coaching across months 1–3 for rollout orientation and planning
Ongoing: 1.5 hours of coaching per month — the leadership training first, then ongoing training once it is complete
  • +Everything in the baseline above
  • +Email support between sessions
  • +Quarterly group coaching calls with other churches

Tier 2 — Growth

You are serious about DNA taking root. You want a coach in your corner every month, not just when you are stuck.

Best for: Churches ready to make DNA a real priority — building it right from the start rather than retrofitting later.
Onboarding: Your coach leads all 7 Table Up sessions, plus ~12 hours of coaching across months 1–3 for custom implementation planning
Ongoing: 3 hours of coaching and support per month — a 90-minute base call plus a dedicated 60-minute coaching call, plus planning and back-end work between sessions
  • +More coaching hours across the whole arc — more time in leadership preparation, the Pathway, and your rollout
  • +Custom Year 1 Implementation Plan — built around your size, culture, staff, and calendar
  • +Coach-guided leader selection
  • +Custom plans, edits, and updates on your back-end dashboard
  • +Back-end dashboard tutorials for your team
  • +Monthly group coaching calls with other Growth churches
  • +Priority email support (24-hour response)

Tier 3 — Multiply

A full strategic partnership. You are not just implementing DNA — you are building a disciple-making culture from the foundation up.

Best for: Larger churches, multi-site models, and any church where DNA needs to become culture across every layer of leadership.
Onboarding: ~20 hours across months 1–3 — a leadership intensive plus a full organizational assessment
Ongoing: 5 hours of coaching per month, structured around your church’s milestones, with more time in person
  • +Coach-led leadership training delivered as a guided intensive (virtual or on-site)
  • +Bespoke DNA pathway tools built around your context and theology
  • +In-person visits and workshops
  • +CRM sync — we help connect DNA with the systems your church already runs
  • +Personal tool walkthroughs for every staff member
  • +DNA cohort setup for all your DNA leaders
  • +Visual Multiplication Tree — a generational map of your church
  • +24-month multiplication roadmap
  • +Real-time availability during launch and key transitions

In-person coaching is available at every tier when your coach is within driving distance — and for churches close to us, we often prefer to be in the room. For churches beyond driving distance, travel is arranged per church and billed at cost.

The Goal of Every Coaching Relationship

The goal is not a church that depends on a coach. It's a church where disciple-making is so embedded it multiplies on its own.

A DNA coach works toward the day they are no longer needed. DNA isn't accidental discipleship — it's loving people with a plan. Coaching is how the plan sticks.

Ready to talk?

When you receive a proposal, the tiers and pricing will already be familiar. The proposal isn't an introduction — it's a conversation about which tier fits your church. The next step is a call.
