The DNA System

How disciple-making actually multiplies.

DNA is one connected system: daily rhythms every believer can practice, intentional groups that reproduce, a customizable pathway, and a dashboard to see the whole movement. Simple enough for a new believer to start today — built to multiply for generations.

Discipleship Naturally Activated

Built for Multiplication

A complete multiplication ecosystem featuring simple, contagious rhythms, clear pathways, and the tracking necessary to measure and accelerate growth.

Daily DNA
Core rhythms that form healthy habits.
Four simple tools every disciple practices — 3D Journal, 4D Prayer, Who Else?, and Testimony Builder — plus Circles, shared chat spaces to practice them together.
DNA Groups
Intentional disciple-making groups.
Groups of 4–6 (leader, co-leader, disciples) meeting weekly on a pathway built to multiply — generation after generation.
Church Dashboard
Manage and track everything.
Build a custom pathway from 20+ tools, and see the health of the whole movement: tool usage, pathway progress, and every generation of multiplication.
Daily DNA

Clear. Effective. Repeatable.

A table with four legs doesn't wobble. These four tools are the daily heartbeat of every disciple — simple enough that a new believer starts on day one, and rich enough that a thirty-year pastor still uses them daily.

Word
3D Journal
Read Scripture, hear from God, and act on it — head, heart, hands. The daily habit everything else builds on.

Mission
Who Else?
The outward question that turns every disciple toward the people in their life who need Jesus.

Intimacy
4D Prayer
Revere, Reflect, Request, Rest — structure for those learning to pray, depth for those who already do.

Story
Testimony Builder

The Pathway & Toolkit

Not a curriculum you finish. A toolbelt you keep.

The DNA Pathway is a set of repeatable tools — 22 in all — that disciples learn, use, and then teach to others. A leader who experienced a tool as a disciple later facilitates it for the next person. The tools don't expire; they deepen with use. Churches customize the sequence through the dashboard.

Phase 1 — Foundation12–16 weeks
Establish identity, doctrine, spiritual practice, and honest community. A readiness gate — not a calendar — opens Phase 2.
Phase 2 — Growth20–28 weeks
Disciples stop only receiving and start leading — facilitating tools, leading prayer, owning the group's direction.
Phase 3 — MultiplicationUntil ready
Disciples are prepared to launch their own groups, walking the same training their leader once did. The tools they received become the tools they carry.
The Core Conviction

Discipleship is not accidental.

Jesus didn't multiply by accident. He loved His twelve with a plan, walked them through specific practices, gave them increasing responsibility, and released them to do the same. One leader and one co-leader investing in two disciples — who become leaders investing in two more — generation after generation, until the DNA of Jesus multiplies into a city.

The Other Half

The tools are only half of it.

Every church on the DNA journey has a coach who walks with the pastor, staff, and leaders to protect the culture shift through every phase. The system is what you build. Coaching is how it sticks.
